Beef Scotch Fillet
Everyone likes Scotch Fillet; it seems to be the perfect size and is always tender. We sell a lot of them whole because they’re easy to slice at home to whatever thickness you prefer. It’s a versatile cut, great for steaks, roasting whole, or slicing for stir-fries and steak sandwiches. Similarly, Eye Fillet is a premium, tender cut, but it’s important not to overcook it. Keep it medium-rare to medium, rest it well, and let the beef speak for itself.
