Delivery Policy – Important Information

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery.

If you require an unattended delivery, clear instructions must be provided at checkout (e.g. esky, shaded area, safe drop location). By selecting unattended delivery, you accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered according to your instructions.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, The Meat Home Delivery Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage of orders left unattended or without suitable delivery instructions.

Safe Delivery Requirements:

• Delivery location must be safe and easily accessible for the driver
  
• Pathways must be clear, well-lit, and unobstructed
  
• No loose animals present at the property at time of delivery
  

Driver Discretion:

Our drivers may determine the safest place to leave your order if:

• Instructions are unclear, unsafe, or cannot be followed
  
• Access to the property is restricted
  

In these cases, orders may be left in a secure location at or near the front of the property.

Access Limitations:

• Drivers will not enter properties where access is unsafe
  
• Drivers will not open garages, gates, or enter backyards unless clearly safe and accessible
  
• Orders will not be placed over fences or in areas that cannot be safely reached
  

Apartments & Businesses:

• For apartment deliveries, access must be provided. If access is unavailable, orders may be left in a safe common area (e.g. lobby/intercom area)
  
• Business deliveries should be scheduled during operating hours to ensure successful delivery
  

Notifications:

Customers will receive delivery notifications via SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct. Driver contact is not guaranteed.
