Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Perishable Goods
As our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered.


Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or provide clear delivery instructions (e.g. esky or shaded area) at checkout.

The Meat Home Delivery Co. is not responsible for spoilage or damage if orders are left unattended without instruction.


Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
