Created in response to strong local demand for direct access to meat processed at the Picton Abattoir. For years, the Wollondilly community has asked to buy meat directly from the abattoir — now they can. While we operate as a separate business, we are proudly based at the Picton Abattoir, with approximately 90% of our meat processed on-site. That means quality, transparency, and true local supply.
