1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Picton Wholesale Meats Pty Ltd, trading as The Meat Home Delivery Co., ABN 51 126 097 176, of 48-70 Koorana Rd, Picton NSW 2571. Enquiries: info@themeathomedeliveryco.com.au.

2. Promotion period
Entries open at 12:00am on 3 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 18 December 2026. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to everyone residing within The Meat Home Delivery Co’s NSW delivery areas. Anyone conducting the promotion, determining winners or involved in the management of the benefiting business is not eligible.

4. How to enter
Each qualifying order placed through themeathomedeliveryco.com.au during the promotion period automatically receives one entry.

The minimum qualifying order value is $199 after discounts, excluding delivery fees. Each additional qualifying order receives another entry. An order of $398 or more still receives one entry.

There is no separate entry fee.

Orders must be fully paid. Cancelled orders, and orders refunded below the qualifying amount before the draw, are not eligible.

5. Prizes
1st Prize: A BBQ valued at $600.
2nd Prize: A meat package valued at $300.
3rd Prize: A Christmas hamper valued at $150.

Total prize pool: $1,050 AUD.

The BBQ prize is a Matador BBQ, valued at $600.

The meat prize consists of an assortment of beef cuts selected by The Meat Home Delivery Co, with a total retail value of $300.

The Christmas Hamper consists of an assortment of food and festive treats selected by The Meat Home Delivery Co, with a total retail value of $150.

6. Prize draw
Each qualifying order’s order number will serve as its entry number. The random draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on 20 December 2026 at The Meat Home Delivery Co.’s office. Winners will be selected using a random picker from a list containing only eligible order numbers.

Eligible entries will be drawn in order for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.

Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.  Once an entrant wins a prize, all other entries belonging to that entrant will be removed from subsequent prize draws.

7. Winner notification
Winners will be contacted by phone and email on the day of the draw, using the details supplied with their orders.

Results will be announced through our website and social media accounts on 20 December 2026, showing each winner's first name, surname initial and winning order number.

8. Claiming and receiving prizes
Winners must respond by 5:00 pm AEDT on 22 December 2026 to accept their prizes. Delivery will be arranged separately with each winner.

Prizes will be delivered free of charge within our delivery areas, with the delivery date arranged directly with each winner. No customer collection is available from the abattoir site.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Unclaimed prizes
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. Any prize remaining unclaimed by the stated deadline will be redrawn at 11:00am on 23 December 2026 at The Meat Home Delivery Co's office, using the same random selection method.

Replacement winners will be contacted by phone and email on the day of the draw.

10. Personal information
Order contact details will be used to administer entries, contact winners and arrange prizes, in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy. Entry does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing.

11. Enquiries and disputes
Questions or disputes about the promotion should be submitted to info@themeathomedeliveryco.com.au. The promoter will investigate and respond within 7 business days. These terms do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Acceptance
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
